Believe in fairness and equality for all people. Motivated by the wellbeing of humanity and nature. Not driven by controlling others or social domination.
Egalitarians are driven by the idea of fairness and equality—they care about humanity and harmony in nature.
They derive their self-worth through their deeds, especially because they’re not trying to "win" social games. This motivates them to enhance the wellbeing of those close to them and humanity as a whole. They don’t seek to control or influence others with their actions.
Many of them are also like the Empath, with whom they share some qualities, but in addition to simply caring for others, they have more of a worldly sense of justice and fairness.
They have an awareness of systems that need to change to benefit the welfare of people and mother nature.
They’re skeptical of power structures and the powerful and believe that we’d be better off if we learned to share more and be better neighbors.
