Warriors are self-assured, daring, and courageous. They are people who can face life and its challenges head-on and most likely exhibit both physical and moral bravery. This doesn’t mean that they’re not afraid of things, simply that they know how to work with and master their fears instead of caving to them.
They’re disciplined, confident, and direct. Warriors have a way of navigating tough conversations, circumstances, and feelings through logic and order. Rather than meander around the uncomfortable, they address issues directly, both in their relationships and within themselves.
This approach is one of the better ways to approach conflicts, and combined with their high self-esteem and comfort around strangers, they’re unlikely to back down until the situation has been resolved.
Because they’re relatively comfortable in their own skin and around other people, they’re good leaders and can command a room when needed.
