Description

Primary Traits is the first and most important Dimension. Based on the Big 5 personality inventory, Primary Traits measure the five most fundamental behavioral traits: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Emotional Stability. Each of these five parent traits is referred to as a “Domain”. Within each Domain is 6 child Elements referred to as facets. In all, Primary Traits measure your broad patterns of behavior and emotion.
